Return Policy

If you are not satisfied, you can return any unworn, unused, and unwashed merchandise with the original tag attached and all hygienic liners intact within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Please return in original polybag.

  • Helioshield reserves the right to refuse a refund if items have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. 

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer care within 48 hours. Please take photos of the damaged item. If damage was caused by the manufacturer, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • Returns outside of the 30 day window will not be processed. 

We do not accept returns on final sale/clearance items or as otherwise designated at the time of purchase. 

Return fees:

  • Return shipping is paid by customer.

Return processing:

  • Submit a return request by clicking "Start a Return" below
  • We will review your request and send you a return shipping label.
  • Return shipping cost is responsibility of customer.
  • It may take up to 14 days to process a return from the time your items are delivered back to our warehouse. Once processed, your return will show up between 7-14 business days depending on your bank. Refund will be credited to original method of payment.

Exchanges

How to initiate an exchange:

1. Click on "Start a Return" as below

2. Choose which item you want to return

3. Select a reason from return from drop down menu

4. In the note field - please let us know what piece you want instead. Please include size and color. Exchanges can only occur for the same style, not different styles.

5. Submit request

6. We will send you return shipping label. Return shipping is responsibility of customer. We ship replacement to you for free.

7. Once piece returns to warehouse and exchange is approved, then we will ship replacement to you free of charge.
